Great service deserves an easier thank-you
How service professionals can use TipMeUp to share a personal tip page, accept cashless tips, and keep their activity organised.

When a customer wants to leave a tip but has no cash, a clear digital option can help. TipMeUp gives service professionals a personal tip page and QR code, with a dashboard for following tips, feedback, and payouts.
Give customers a profile they recognise
Start with your display name, photo, profession, and a short catchphrase. These details help a customer recognise the person they want to thank. Use a name that matches how you introduce yourself at work, and a photo that is easy to identify on a phone.
Choose your suggested tip amounts and write the thank-you message customers will see after giving. Customers can also enter a custom amount. Before sharing your page, finish the account and payout setup shown in the app and check whether your account is ready to receive tips.
Put your QR code where the service happens
Your page can be opened through its link or QR code. The printable display gives you a way to present that code at the point where a customer naturally says goodbye. Ask for permission before putting a display in a shared workplace.
For a guide, that might mean showing the code after a tour. For a service desk, it might mean placing the display where it is easy to see. These are placement ideas, not promises of more tips. Test the printed code with your phone before using it.
Keep the customer journey short
Customers open the page in a browser, choose an amount, and proceed to payment without a TipMeUp account or app. Card payments and supported digital wallets are available through checkout; the options shown depend on the device and payment setup.
An optional rating or message lets the customer explain what they appreciated. Keep the invitation friendly and give them space to choose. Adding a digital option should make a willing gesture easier.
Follow the activity after the moment
The dashboard brings together recent tips, feedback, transaction records, and payout status. Month filters make it easier to revisit a period instead of scrolling through every entry. Check the recorded fees and net amounts when reviewing your activity.
A received payment and a payout to your bank are different stages. Follow the status in your account rather than assuming every tip is immediately available. Review current pricing and account requirements before choosing the setup that fits your work.
